As a Researcher, you’ll:
• Map talent markets and leadership teams
• Identify and engage senior-level candidates
• Analyse companies, industries, and hiring trends
• Produce research and insight that shapes search strategy
• Support shortlist and client deliverables
This role suits someone analytical, curious, and commercially minded, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants in a small, high-performing New York team backed by an established UK business.
Ideal for graduates or candidates with 6–12 months’ experience in recruitment, research, consulting, or expert networks.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
