The Role

You will build and own a market within software engineering recruitment, focusing on high-growth technology businesses.

This is a full 360 role where success is driven by your ability to:

• Win and develop new client relationships
• Position yourself in a competitive, fast-moving market
• Deliver high-quality outcomes across the full recruitment lifecycle

What They’re Looking For

• Proven 360 recruiters or strong Delivery Consultants who are motivated to do BD
• Consistent billing history, typically $300k
• Experience in tech, startups, or high-growth environments
• Individuals who are self-sufficient, commercially aware, and driven
• People who value collaboration but don’t rely on hand-holding
