- Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and an applicant tracking system.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection processes.
- Have at least 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an industrial or warehouse setting (required).
- Are customer-centric and skilled at building collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
- Are results-driven, action-oriented, and able to accomplish tasks with focus and resiliency.
- Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to work independently.
- Demonstrate situational adaptability, learning agility, and the ability to shift work efforts in changing scenarios.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Live with 30 miles of Boston, MA.
