Kelly is hiring experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators in Rochester, WA. If you have at least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience and are looking for a steady manufacturing opportunity, apply today!

• Pay: Starting at $20.50/hr
• 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 2nd shift employees will train on day shift for the first few weeks
• Starting pay: $20.50/hr

What You'll Do

• Operate sit-down forklifts to safely transport materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas
• Move and stage materials for production
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all forklift and workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience required
• Clamp forklift experience preferred, but training can be provided
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and able to follow established procedures
