- Offering feedback and recommendations for process improvements and assisting with training new employees and cross-training coworkers
- Have strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Have at least 2 years of Call Center experience (required)
- Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC
- Have open availability to work and 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm
- Can maintain accurate records and documentation in a fast-paced environment
- Are detail-oriented and able to meet departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards
- Enjoy working collaboratively and are open to assisting with process improvements and cross-training
