Key Responsibilities
- Collect samples from incoming raw materials and packaging components according to established procedures.
- Label, handle, and transport samples to designated areas for review or testing.
- Perform basic inspections of materials for visible damage, contamination, or inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation related to sampling and material handling activities.
- Clean and organize sampling tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and gowning requirements as applicable to the work environment.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate sampling activities and material availability.
- Assist with the organization and storage of samples, including retained materials when required.
- Report issues, irregularities, or concerns to a supervisor or designated lead.
- Support audits, reviews, or inspections by ensuring work areas and documentation are orderly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
- HS Diploma with 2 years of experiene working with raw materials.
- Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and basic documentation skills.
- Ability to work in controlled, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently.
