Maintenance Technician -2nd shift Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical facility and utility systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Support clean utilities, cleanroom HVAC, power plant systems, and high purity water (HPW) systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and execute repairs with minimal supervision
- Maintain and monitor systems including boilers, chillers, compressed air, and water systems
- Follow established maintenance practices to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency
- Adhere to all safety (EHS) and regulatory (GMP) requirements
- Document maintenance activities and communicate system status clearly with team members
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance
- High School Diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience (Pharma preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of EHS and GMP environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
