- Distribute and reconcile QC documentation
- Prepare and review 2008 forms and related records
- Maintain QC file room and document archives
- Support sample receipt, LIMS reporting, and serial file compilation
- Order and track laboratory reagents and supplies
- Utilize SAP and electronic systems for record keeping
- Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements
- Communicate effectively with laboratory and quality teams
- Associate’s degree with 2–3 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of related experience
- Experience in QC, laboratory support, or data management preferred
- Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, and GMP documentation practices
