- Create and track purchase orders and invoices through SAP/Ariba
- Process DocuSign workflows and expense reports in Concur
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and training support
- Maintain filing systems, reports, records, and departmental supplies
- Provide administrative support in a high-volume environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2–5 years of administrative experience
- Experience with SAP/Ariba, Concur, and DocuSign required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
