Job Description
This is a high-volume and repetitive role designed to help the company manage the tax season efficiently. The position is part of the master data team and is responsible for troubleshooting and assisting employees with their tax forms and accessing the company's website.
Responsibilities
The training period is 2 weeks, utilizing SAP and ServiceNow. The role offers flexible hours between 7am-6pm with an 8-hour shift and a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break; an 8-5 schedule is preferred. There may be some hybrid flexibility after 90 days, though the contract is not expected to extend much beyond that. The team consists of 7 people and is based at a brand new campus in La Vista, featuring amenities such as a cafeteria, gym, Starbucks, game room, and basketball and pickleball courts.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and assist employees with accessing their tax forms on the company's website.
- Utilize a ServiceNow queue system to manage requests.
- Handle inbound phone calls and chats from employees, usually ranging from 20 to 30 calls per day.
- Assist employees with website issues, address updates, and system additions.
- Strong data entry and customer service skills.
- Professional/office experience.
- Basic MS Excel skills, including copying and pasting and navigating through cells.
- 1 years of professional office experience (new graduates with no experience are also welcome).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks.
