Job Description
This role is vital during the tax season and involves high-volume and repetitive tasks. As part of the master data team, you will troubleshoot and assist employees with their tax forms and help them access the company's website for form retrieval. You will handle requests through a ServiceNow queue system, taking inbound phone calls and chats from employees. The typical call volume ranges from 20 to 30 calls per day, with a maximum of 50 calls.
Responsibilities
Training will be provided for two weeks, utilizing SAP and ServiceNow. The role offers flexible hours between 7 am to 6 pm, with an 8-hour shift and a 30-minute or hour lunch break. An 8-5 schedule is preferred. After 90 days, some hybrid flexibility may be offered, but the contract will not extend much longer. You will join a team of seven people at a brand-new campus in La Vista, which features amenities such as a cafeteria, gym, Starbucks, game room, and basketball and pickleball courts.

- Update employee information such as addresses and system entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and customer service support.
- Strong data entry and customer service skills.
- Professional office experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (copy/paste, navigate through cells).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- 1 years of professional office experience, open to new graduates with no experience.
- Ability to work in a very repetitive role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic MS Excel skills.
- Timeliness and ability to meet deadlines.
