What You’ll Do
- Hit the road and visit prospective businesses in targeted towns (up to 2 hours driving distance).
- Pitch an exciting new delivery program and spark interest among local business owners.
- Qualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process.
- Track leads and manage your pipeline using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with your Field Manager to plan and host community recruitment events (think lunch-and-learns, town halls, coffee chats).
- Build relationships with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development groups.
- Keep data organized by importing spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.
- Impact: Help local businesses grow and strengthen your community.
- Flexibility: Travel within a 2-hour radius and enjoy a mix of fieldwork and event planning.
- Earning Potential: Competitive pay plus commission—earn up to $350 per partner you bring on board!
- Growth: Gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and community engagement.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Field sales experience is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Professional, enthusiastic, and highly organized with a sense of urgency.
