Detailed Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QA TOSCA Automation and Mainframe Testing
- Strong experience working in Scrum-based Agile environments
- Hands-on experience using Jira for Agile ceremonies, story tracking, and defect management
- Develop and own the test strategy, test plan, and sprint-wise test schedule
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure complete test coverage
- Lead and mentor a team of testers in designing, preparing, and executing test cases
- Track and report test progress, testing metrics, and defect status to stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Drive test automation initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability
