Responsibilities
This position is based onsite in a comfortable, air-conditioned office.
Training is conducted Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on experience. The role offers a clear career path with the potential to transition to a first-shift schedule upon full-time hire. Work schedules include various shifts with designated days off. Qualifications
- Proven customer service expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
- Experience in dispatching and coordinating logistics to ensure timely service delivery.
- Proficient in manual order entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
