Job Title: Leasing ConsultantJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Leasing Consultant, where you will play a vital role in leasing and sales, customer service, and administrative duties within our community. You will be the face of our property, providing exceptional service to prospective and current tenants while ensuring smooth operations.Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm, with an hour lunch break. On Saturdays, the hours are from 10am to 5pm. The role involves engaging with prospective tenants and requires a customer-focused approachResponsibilitiesGreet and assist prospective tenants, providing detailed information about available units and community amenities.Conduct property tours and highlight features that meet client needs.Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.Address tenant concerns and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolutions.Process applications, verify references, and conduct credit/background checks.Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and occupancy reports.Essential SkillsCustomer service experience.Experience in leasing and property management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Sales-driven with excellent negotiation skills.Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Entrata property software is a plus..Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellport, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
