Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries in NetSuite for routine transactions.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation for audits and reviews.
- Create purchase orders in NetSuite and record credit card transactions.
- Process vendor bills, review coding, and match them to purchase orders and receipts.
- Assist with the 3-way match process for inventory purchases.
- Support weekly payment runs and manage vendor inquiries.
- Create customer invoices, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding balances as needed.
- Scan and file electronic documents as required.
- Create customer orders in NetSuite or Shopify.
- Support Customer Support with the accurate recording of customer returns.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1 years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outgoing and personable nature.
