The office environment is vibrant and newly designed, inspired by California's national parks. It features an on-site gym, multiple lunchrooms, and outdoor BBQ areas. The culture is dynamic, fostering a work hard, play hard mentality. This is a long-term contract role, ranging from 6 to 12 months, with potential for extension or conversion. The position offers part-time hours, approximately 10-12 hours a week, with flexibility. It is a hybrid role requiring one onsite day per week, with options to work either two days a week for 5 hours each or three days a week for 3-4 hours each. The onsite day can be adjusted based on scheduling needs.

- Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting with basic HR inquiries such as benefits and leave.
- Handle scanning and electronic filing of documents.
- Assist the coordination team with duties related to benefits and leaves.
- Act as a translator for employee relations calls in French.
- Administrative support experience.
- Bilingual in French (spoken).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft programs.
- Any HR knowledge is a plus but not required.
