Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and optimize customer artwork for various print processes, including digital and screen printing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure design accuracy and brand consistency.
- Execute special design projects as assigned, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of design software and print production workflows.
- Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications for single-pass and multi-pass digital printing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design or file issues prior to production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of digital and screen print production processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in print design or related field preferred
