What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Culver Brand Design?
WHO WE ARE
We are a dynamic, fast-paced branding and design agency that works with clients across many industries both nationally and internationally. Our culture is to “hunt as a pack” and we all eagerly dive in and work together as a delightfully semi-dysfunctional family. We are not driven by titles or traditional job descriptions but have the mindset of what can I do that will help the team/project be successful. Our workload is highly varied, and quite interesting, frequently providing the opportunity to work simultaneously on a myriad of assignments. We value people with self-motivation, common sense, a sense of humor and a can-do attitude.
WHO YOU ARE
We’re seeking someone with great instinct for design across a broad spectrum of applications, (digital/social, animated graphics, video, packaging, printed collateral, etc.), who has a strong grasp of, composition and layout, and who thrives on delivering the best creative possible. Additionally, we are seeking someone with a positive attitude, who takes direction, suggestion and constructive criticism well. We want someone who works well with a team and would like to gain experience to help lead design teams as well as meeting individual design goals, who can work in a fast-paced, highly creative environment and someone who is always seeking to grow and learn as a creative partner. The more digital experience and ability to create motion graphics and edit video the better! If you prefer to work on a team of one and remotely, this is not the job for you.
