The Accounts Payable Specialist will support invoice processing and vendor payments for a local manufacturing company in Farmington, CT.ResponsibilitiesProcess ~500 invoices weekly using the True Links ERP systemEnsure timely and accurate vendor paymentsMaintain compliance with company policies and proceduresPerform data entry and filing tasksAnswer phones as neededAssist with ad hoc tasksQualificationsPrevious accounts payable or invoicing experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic Excel skills (simple calculations; no advanced functions required)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong communication and organizational skillsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomfield, CT.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
