POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic growing sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Identify, Engage and close new business opportunities with businesses within telecom market.
- Proactively prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and exisiting clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer goals and recommend tailored telecom solutions.
Product & Industry Knowledge
- Maintain up-to date knowledge of telecom offerings, including voice, data, cloud, and IT solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by clearly explaining products, features, and value propositions.
Sales Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability.
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed to support successful onboarding and ongoing service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory progress to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
