Inside Sales Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic growing sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

• Identify, Engage and close new business opportunities with businesses within telecom market.
• Proactively prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and exisiting clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer goals and recommend tailored telecom solutions.

Product & Industry Knowledge

• Maintain up-to date knowledge of telecom offerings, including voice, data, cloud, and IT solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by clearly explaining products, features, and value propositions.

Sales Execution

• Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability.

Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to support successful onboarding and ongoing service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory progress to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

• Commute Requirement: Ability to commute to Wethersfield, CT

Pay: $63,060.06 - $75,943.30 per year
