- Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners and tool truck operators.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to balance growth and profitability.
- Own P&L for distribution channels with revenue and margin accountability.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing on product launches and promotions.
- Develop scalable processes for onboarding and managing channel performance.
