What You’ll Do
- Be the Expert: Evaluate clients’ HR policies, handbooks, and drug-free workplace programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive Compliance & Innovation: Recommend and implement HR solutions that align with federal, state, and local regulations while enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate & Consult: Partner with HR Business Partners, internal teams, and clients to ensure policies meet legal standards and business needs.
- Own the Process: Serve as the go-to resource for handbook, drug testing, and background check inquiries—building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier service within established SLAs, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of compliant HR materials.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with evolving HR legislation and best practices to maintain compliance and add value to client partnerships.
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR, Benefits, or Client Service.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and leave administration.
- Skills:
