HR Compliance & Policy Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Expert: Evaluate clients’ HR policies, handbooks, and drug-free workplace programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive Compliance & Innovation: Recommend and implement HR solutions that align with federal, state, and local regulations while enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate & Consult: Partner with HR Business Partners, internal teams, and clients to ensure policies meet legal standards and business needs.
  • Own the Process: Serve as the go-to resource for handbook, drug testing, and background check inquiries—building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier service within established SLAs, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of compliant HR materials.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with evolving HR legislation and best practices to maintain compliance and add value to client partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR, Benefits, or Client Service.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and leave administration.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent communicator—both written and verbal.
    • Relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments.
    • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
