We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a 100% onsite Contract-to-Direct position where you will play a key role in managing payroll processes and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling payroll for large organizations and collaborating with vendors to deliver seamless results.Responsibilities:• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.• Validate payroll data and entries, ensuring compliance and resolving any discrepancies.• Collaborate closely with external payroll vendors to maintain effective communication and problem-solving.• Address employee inquiries related to payroll, including rejections and W-2 forms.• Manage bonus payouts and ensure proper calculation and distribution.• Utilize systems such as Workday (preferred) and ADP Workforce Now to facilitate payroll operations.• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and company policies.• Assist with payroll processing for over 500 employees.• Provide expertise in full-cycle payroll processes to support organizational goals.• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll processes.• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.• Ability to manage payroll for large-scale organizations with over 500 employees.• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Preferred experience with Workday systems.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
