Job Title: Account Executive, B2B Sales

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new delivery program launching in your area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in recruiting local businesses to join the delivery partner program. You will work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, present program opportunities, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. This position involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers a chance to earn commission.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to potential businesses to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
  • Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis, ensuring the delivery experience is enhanced in complex last-mile scenarios.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience in outside/field sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

You will be on the road 4-5 days a week, with the option to work from home on other days. The role is centered around greater Detroit, MI. Mileage reimbursement is provided at 72.50 cents per mile, along with a $50 per month phone expense. You will be eligible for 2 weeks of PTO after a successful 6-month performance review. This position offers uncapped commission based on partner application and launch milestones.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
