Prior experience selling SaaS solutions in a consultative, solution-oriented sales environment is required.

Job Responsibilities
The Sales Account Executive’s job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on selling complex SaaS solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business, security, and operational needs
- Position Savance’s Visitor Management and Emergency Mustering SaaS platform as a fully integrated, customizable solution
- Deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate value, integrations, and configurability
- Manage the full SaaS sales cycle including discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and close
- Collaborate closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns and pre-event strategies
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate solution design and customer expectations
- Represent Savance at trade shows and industry events
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions (required)
- Experience selling complex, configurable, or integrated software platforms
- Strong CRM experience required; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle, consultative B2B sales processes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Ability to work remotely 40 hours per week
- Experienced – comfortable owning sophisticated SaaS deals from discovery to close
- Consultative – focuses on understanding customer needs before prescribing solutions
- Technically Curious – able to learn, understand, and demo complex software platforms
- Results-Driven – consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Organized & Strategic – able to manage multiple opportunities and long sales cycles
- Customer-Focused – committed to delivering real value through tailored solutions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling enterprise, security, safety, or operational software is a plus
