What We Are Looking For

Savance is seeking a strategic and hands-on Technical Product Manager to help shape the future of our workplace suite. We’re looking for a critical foundational leader to help us reinvent the best product on the market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of software architecture, product vision, technical design, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with leadership, development, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to translate product needs into actionable specifications and intuitive user experiences. Rather than a role mostly focused on resource, project, and task management, this role demands high-level product thinking, architectural insight, and the ability to define requirements that support both user needs and long-term scalability.

If you’re someone who can balance strategy with execution, and who’s passionate about building user-centric software in a collaborative environment —we want to meet you.

About Savance

Savance is a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and demanding environment; and also a fun and rewarding place to work. We thrive as a team and are always looking for the people who are the right fit and have the right attitude to bring even greater success and camaraderie to the table. To excel at Savance, you must love to be challenged, seek out opportunities to develop your skills, be confident yet humble, and be able to learn from your mistakes. We thrive working alongside smart, independent, and self-motivated people who get along well with others. If you have a can-do attitude and seek a challenging, rewarding position with a great team, Savance is the place for you!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and feature requirements.
  • Lead the design of software architecture at a high level, making recommendations for tools, frameworks, and technology direction.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, specification, UI/UX mockups, high-level implementation planning, QA, release planning, production release, and retrospectives.
  • Write clear, comprehensive feature specs and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Create and maintain wireframes, flowcharts, and user interface mockups (using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar).
  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer requests/needs, and technical complexity.
  • Communicate across departments by conducting product walkthroughs with internal teams, ensuring full understanding of functionality and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with offshore and internal development teams to communicate requirements, offer clarification, and ensure development is aligned with product vision and timelines.
  • Support and engage in QA efforts by confirming acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases, and ensuring testing is performed to expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on market and industry trends, customer feedback, and emerging technology to guide future product decisions.
  • Manage standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for internal development team, and help project manage external development team.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Visionary thinker with practical execution skills
  • Technically fluent and user-experience focused
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator and active listener
  • Problem-solver who thrives on building clarity from ambiguity
  • Self-motivated and highly dependable
  • Passionate about delivering value to users and teams
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adjusting priorities

Education & Experience

Our ideal candidate has

  • 4 years of experience in a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner role within a SaaS or software development environment.
  • End to End (Full development life cycle) experience
  • Experience collaborating with developers and designers to deliver scalable, intuitive software products.
  • Strong technical foundation with an understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, and integrations.
  • Azure-focused experience or familiarity with Microsoft Azure-based environments.
  • A portfolio or examples of product documentation, specs, or mockups you’ve created.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to speak clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
  • A proactive mindset with a natural curiosity to dig into the “why” behind user behavior and feature requests.
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and self-manage in a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range $85,000-$150,000
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • 2 weeks of paid time off (increasing with tenure)
  • 8-10 paid holidays a year
  • 401k with company matching
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Remote, work from home position
