Role Summary
Seeking a Senior SAP CTRM Consultant to lead SAP Commodity Management (CM), CPE, and CTRM solutions for global transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5 years of SAP experience, including 3 years in SAP CM, CPE, CTRM, and Hedge Accounting.
- Strong expertise in commodity trading, risk management, logistics, and accounting.
- Experience with functional analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and PoCs.
- Integration experience with MM, SD, TSW, TRM, and FI/CO.
- Experience leading SAP functional workstreams on large-scale implementations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Multiple SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA, commodity industry KPIs, and pre-sales support.
- Experience managing large teams and program financials.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- U.S. work authorization required (No visa sponsorship).
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP CM/CTRM solution design, implementation, and enhancements.
- Drive end-to-end commodity trading and risk management processes.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
- Manage project deliverables, risks, and timelines while mentoring project teams.
