Seeking a Business Analyst with healthcare payer/provider experience to support provider operations and automation initiatives. The role focuses on process analysis, workflow documentation, business requirements, and UiPath-driven automation across provider onboarding, maintenance, and network management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews
- Document current and future-state processes
- Capture business rules, exceptions, and process gaps
- Analyze provider onboarding, credentialing, and network management workflows
- Partner with automation teams to define requirements
- Support UAT, testing, and process validation
Required Skills
- 5 years of Business Analyst or Process Analyst experience
- Healthcare Payer/Provider domain expertise
- Experience with provider onboarding, credentialing, or network management
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Experience with FACETS or similar healthcare platforms
- Exposure to UiPath, RPA, Agentic AI, or process improvement initiatives
- Medicare/Medicaid knowledge
- Proficiency with Visio, Miro, Jira, BPM tools, and Confluence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
