Position: SAP Commodity Management (CTRM)
Location: Maumee, OH Onsite

Role Description:
Must Have Skills:
- Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with a deep understanding of business value and transformation objectives.
- Ability to guide business counterparts toward appropriate SAP solutions and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience leading sales opportunities and hands-on leadership of functional streams.
- SAP Commodity Management Consultant experienced in SAP CM, CPE, Commodity and Risk Management solutions (CTRM) and Hedge Accounting.
- Responsible for solution roadmap development, functional design, and support of SAP CM, CPE and related modules and processes.
- Define, plan, and execute end-to-end Commodity & Risk Management solutions covering transaction capture, risk management, logistics, and accounting.
- Perform functional analysis and develop functional specifications for custom developments.
- Develop proofs of concept in SAP CM and manage integration with SAP modules MM, SD, TSW, TRM, and FICO.
- Provide strong written and verbal communication for report writing and client presentations.
- Demonstrate effective leadership, teamwork skills, flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and meeting deadlines.
- Deliver at least five full life-cycle ERP implementations across multiple modules (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
- Contribute to proposal and business-case development and demonstrate proven sales experience.
- Articulate business benefits enabled by SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop detailed program plans, manage risks and issues, and present status to stakeholders.
- Lead steering-committee, team, and business workshops; manage program financials and estimates.
- Mentor and manage teams of 20 resources and junior team members.
- Provide domain expertise in Commodity Management / Commodity Trading and Risk Management, particularly within Agriculture, Metals and Mining or IS/Oil sectors.
- Travel up to 100% as required.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Salary : $70 - $75
