Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts to meet facility standards and resident needs.
- Address last-minute staffing issues by finding coverage for call-outs and absences promptly.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and management, addressing any concerns regarding schedules, time-off requests, or shift changes.
- Ensure staffing levels meet state and federal requirements for long-term care facilities, supporting regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, and payroll data.
- Assist with non-clinical duties as needed, contributing to a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Prior experience in scheduling or staffing coordination within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
