SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital support role within the management team, working closely with the Staffing Coordinator and Director of Nursing to help ensure schedules are accurate and staffing levels are met. This position assists with day-to-day staffing functions, scheduling changes, and communication with staff to maintain smooth operations.

Prior experience in staffing, scheduling, or healthcare administration – preferred!
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to gain staff cooperation.
CMT/CNA experience or certification – a plus!
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to handle changes and unexpected challenges calmly and efficiently.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Itemized Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
Support the completion of nursing schedules, coordinating requests to ensure proper coverage.
Communicate with Nursing Department staff and supervisors to help resolve scheduling issues.
Assist employees with completing and submitting Time Request Forms.
Contact employees via phone, email, or text to help keep schedules current.
Answer staff questions regarding scheduling and staffing.
