Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a compassionate and experienced Housekeeper Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, the Housekeeper Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
• Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with infection control guidelines and company policies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained
• Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs in resident rooms and common areas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of services
• Maintain accurate records and reports on housekeeping activities, including inventory management and supply ordering
• Participate in training and orientation of new housekeeping staff members
• Mentor and provide guidance to housekeeping staff to support their professional development
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or a related field in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
