Regional Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regional operations, including coordinating with community administrators and staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, referral sources, and vendors
- Analyze and improve operational efficiency, quality of care, and financial performance
- Collaborate with the central office and other regional administrators to achieve company goals
- Active and good standing Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
- Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
- Must be willing to travel regularly between assigned communities in East Region.
- Minimum 3–5 years of multi-site leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of regulatory compliance (state & federal) and successful survey outcomes
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, P&L oversight, and census growth
