Aspire Senior Living Moberly are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team. As a Director of Nursing (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing nursing care plans. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility's nursing care team, including developing and implementing nursing care plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing care team, including mentoring and coaching staff to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with other departments, including medical staff, therapy services, and social services, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our residents.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medical records, incident reports, and quality assessment reports.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and reduce risk.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience as a DON Nursing supervisor or equivalent role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
