Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct routine vital sign checks, monitor resident conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the charge nurse or physician
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform routine tasks such as vital sign checks, medication administration, and special treatments
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with residents, families, and colleagues
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience in a long-term care, senior living or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays

Salary : $25 - $32
