- High school diploma or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to receive)
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans
- Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition
- Administer medications and perform routine medical tasks (wound care, vitals, specimen collection, etc.)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Document resident history, vital signs, and care interventions
- Foster resident engagement and social interaction
- Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the Director of Nursing to deliver top-tier care
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents
