Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic care team at Aspire Senior Living Joplin. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct care to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing vital signs and monitoring resident health
• Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records
• Participating in care conferences and providing input on resident care plans
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
