Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Participate in quality care initiatives and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric setting a plus
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
