Job Responsibilities
- Promotes customer satisfaction through competent professional practice and focuses on patient needs and expectations.
- Adheres to the patient-focused care agreement, acts as a change agent
- Presents a professional approach and appearance, a calm, caring, and reassuring demeanor
- Greet patients warmly and respectfully, demonstrating compassion
- Document patient care in the electronic medical record
- Respond in a timely manner and keep patients informed while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all privacy and protected health regulations.
- Operates as an active part of the team, uses constructive problem-solving, promotes a positive approach to all tasks, refrains from criticism.
- Plan and document care, implement and communicate it to the multidisciplinary care team, review and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan, and document response.
Delivers high-quality service and helps control costs in a safe environment - Escorts patients to the exam room and documents chief complaints
- Ensures patient safety, uses supplies efficiently, uses equipment properly, exhibits awareness of patient's rights and respects them at all times, responds to patient requests promptly
Qualifications/Requirements:
- An annual influenza vaccine is required.
- Graduated from an accredited Practical Nursing Program
- Missouri LPN License required
- Experience preferred but not required.
