Full-Time Day Shift (8am-5pm)

Tuesday through Saturday Shifts available!

Sunday through Thursday Shifts available!

Aspire Senior Living Joplin are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Full-Time Shower Aide to join our dedicated team! As a Shower Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, showering, and grooming
• Provide supportive care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
