Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our elderly and assisted living residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and symptoms
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the stat of Missouri
- Experience in a long-term care, skilled-nursing or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer residents with ease
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
