Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech therapy evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy programs to help residents achieve their goals
- Provide speech therapy services to residents, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA or MS SLP)
- Current certification in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure in speech-language pathology (if applicable)
