We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our leadership team at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing care services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to implement and maintain high-quality nursing care standards
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care and resident satisfaction
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and experiences
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication, collaboration, and teamwork
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri
