What You’ll Do

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations
• Support, coach, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
• Step in as acting DON when needed
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license (required)
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Prior leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Passion for resident-centered care
  
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• ADON or Unit Manager experience
• Experience with EMR systems
• History of strong survey outcomes
