Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health is changing the landscape of substance use treatment. Our new, cutting-edge recovery center is open in Pawnee, Oklahoma, delivering both inpatient and outpatient services with one mission: to empower recovery through action, compassion, and innovation.

SHIFT OPTIONS
We offer a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts, giving you more flexibility and focus.
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Rotating Weekends Required
- PRN options available
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the patient intake process: Conduct focused assessments, collect vitals, and complete drug screenings quickly and thoroughly.
- Drive timely, accurate documentation: Generate and audit Medication Administration Records (MARs); support MAT protocols and medication education.
- Support and adapt: Flex between patient care and light administrative tasks, assisting wherever needed to keep operations running.
- Act fast and follow through: Monitor patient progress and flag concerns early. Your urgency and follow-up matter.
- Lead with confidence: Bring clarity, action, and consistency to a multidisciplinary care team focused on outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Current Oklahoma LPN or RN license (or ability to obtain)
✔ Previous experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment strongly preferred
✔ Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a plus
✔ Strong communication, triage, and time-management skills
✔ Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire
THE DETAILS
- Work Environment: Indoors, fast-paced, mission-driven
- Physical Requirements: Regular movement, occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, Day or Night shifts with rotating weekends
