Our client seeks a Senior HR & Talent Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy and supporting a dynamic, performance-focused culture. This role combines operational HR excellence with strategic talent management — ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys translating strategy into execution.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and department heads to strengthen our talent pipeline, elevate employee engagement, and ensure the HR function scales in lockstep with the business.
The Opportunity
Strategic Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR programs with growth objectives and operational priorities.
Talent Architect: Support recruiting and talent initiatives for the Dallas and Irving markets, ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-impact talent across corporate and field roles.
People Operations Leader: Oversee key HR programs — benefits, compliance, performance management, and employee relations — ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to best practices.
Culture & Engagement Champion: Help design and drive initiatives that foster accountability, inclusion, and career development.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Leverage HRIS and analytics to inform compensation, workforce planning, and organizational design discussions.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of progressive HR and talent management experience, ideally within telecom, technology, or a similarly fast-paced sector.
- Proven ability to balance tactical HR execution with strategic foresight.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, recruiting, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with leaders to scale teams or implement organizational change.
- Proficiency with leading HRIS/ATS platforms (ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting call center or field-based workforces is advantageous.

Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
