Business Development / Sales Executive
A growing and nationally recognized commercial services organization is seeking a motivated and outgoing Business Development / Sales Executive to join its team.

Compensation
- Base salary: $55,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- First-year earnings typically range from $80,000–$90,000
- Top performers regularly exceed six figures
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Schedule and lead meetings with prospective customers to understand needs and present customized solutions
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives and client success
- Share customer and market feedback with leadership and operational teams
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience (B2B sales preferred)
- Experience with cold calling and business development outreach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM/software tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
