Our client, a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business by building a strong pipeline of prospects and closing new accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct on-site meetings to assess client needs and present customized service solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Track sales activity and pipeline performance within a CRM system
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution
Qualifications:
- 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (service-based industry preferred)
- Proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with face-to-face client interaction and local travel
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $45k-55k uncapped commission structure
